Thank you Spotty Dog. The answer given there is HADES but I can't figure out why.

I have found that a lot! In the skeleton especially. Some of the answers just don't seem to fit the clues, or are so obscure they can't be worked out.

I should have added that it is an anagram (mixed-up) of those letters, resulting in HADES (God of the underworld)
