MOS - Prize Xword

Hi, I think I have got something wrong somewhere.

40a. Movie maker whose first sound film was Steamboat Willie - 6 letters. (--S-E-) which I think is Buster

31d. Third longest river in Scotland, I believe is Clyde.

Either Buster or Clyde are wrong because of the 'B'.

Can someone put me straight, thank you.
