We are slurping a Stamford Brook Merlot, eminently quaffable, and at £3.80 a bottle if you buy 6 from Sainsbury's, quite affordable!

haggis, what you have is all right. a bit of looking at second definition in BRB should help

OK Andrew have identified the second definition but it seems very weak particularly when it is plural. Don't you agree?

I have not gone back to look but thought that the plural word in BRB gave the singular as the definition so found it OK. If that makes any sense at all...

Jim360, welcome to the madhouse, and congratulations on completion. You certainly need to think a little differently when doing EV, Speccie and Listener. You deserve a glass of something special!
