What does Chpok mean?

I work with a a Russian who regularly calls her friend Chpok (which I know is a Russian word - a term of endearment I think), and I would like to know what it means. I dont know how it's spelt in Russian so I can't use BabelFish etc. I also despise the Russian who says it so I dont want to ask her.

Does anyone know??
