I watched last nights program and it was much as I supposed it was going to be.
Just like the Clarkson, May and Hamster version really, although Matt LeBlanc is a genial enough bloke I suppose. At least they have got rid of that ginger wassock !

Not sure I will be watching next week though.......

To be fair mikey, I watched it not expecting much almost wanting to dislike it but actually I liked it. Evans was hopeless with leBlanc but the other 2 last night seemed to compliment the American nicely. I liked Rory most of all. So I'll watch the rest and see how it goes eh.

Loved it, loved the dry sense of humour and the way the 3 of them got on, yep will be watching again.

Yes, it wasn't too bad was it ?

Its just that I want a bit more news about cars, especially new cars. I don't expect them to wax lyrical about the new Focus or Golf but at least the lot did "the news"

The bit about that super new Ferrari was interesting, as was when May test drove the Veyron a couple of years back....you felt you were really learning something.

But if its going to just degenerate into a lot of silly childish stunts, than I can't really see the point.

Mikey, if you want to know about cars then I'd recommend a car show! TG is overgrown lads mucking about with cars as the theme. How I envy them! You want TG from the seventies with Michael Rodd and Angela Ripon!

Watch fifth gear if you want a car show, TG is all about the childish antics that's what makes it great, anyone can watch it young or old.

Mr LeBlanc is obviously no stranger to the scripted word but the other two were utterly hopeless. They seem to have a fall-back position of cackling like maniacs to try and draw attention away from their lack of presenting skills.
I'll give it a fair go but it isn't that great so far.
A major plus point though, was the absence of Mr Evans.
