What does a black zig zag, in battery icon mean, I thought it meant it was charging, but I have charging issues...

Any advice, appreciated

That's not the charging symbol shown in the manual. You might need to contact Samsung:

Oh dear, I'm going round the houses here, I've forked out over £80 in the last 3 months at diff pc places, cos it's not charging .. I will ring Samsung. Thanks
