What is the difference between being dissatisfied and unsatisfied

I may be corrected on this one.  I think you can be dissatisfied with something that exists, but if it does not exist your needs or wishes are unsatisfied.  For example if I order a meal in a restaurant and it is not very well cooked, I will be dissatisfied with it.  If the meal does not come, my hunger is unsatisfied.
