I'm good Waterman. I've got 4 carrot cakes baking in the oven in one of these huge catering cake pans, the kind you divide up how you want. Meant to make it last night coming after coming back from mums, but my son dropped in. So, the smell of cinnamon is wafting from the kitchen!

I've not tried your recipe yet Waterman, but I will. Just had some carrots over I wanted to use up.

I must be daft making them at this hour! I promised mum and brother some, I'm round there just before 8.00am. So I'm waiting for them to do before I jump in the shower.

I often do such things at night too. Some soft music, a glass of wine and I'm a happy bunny. :o}

I would have done exactly that, it I was so tired last night. Back in work tomorrow & after work I have the little one nearly every day, so going to be well tired.
