I think Cracker fits insane well.
For TV programme
- Rhubarb and custard are sweets and Roobarb and Custard is a cartoon (technically called Roobarb, but everyone knows it as Roobarb and Custard).

- Or Pink Panther came to mind first, as my brother loved pink panthers when we were young. I think technically called Pink Panther wafers, though...
