Tuesday. I hope today is going to be as lovely as yesterday. Warm and sunny.

I flashed up the barbie and we had lunch outside. Most enjoyable.

Tiggy is still out and about in the garden. He was out early last night, so he should sleep well when he goes to bed.

The funeral of our lovely Mrs.Overall today. She is sadly missed.

A butterfly......I had a bat in here on Saturday evening to coax out, the first one that I have seen in three years - they used to reside in the roof but then moved on.

I don't know where it came from, it just appeared in front of me. Odd, to say the least.

One October evening in 2002 we were walking down the lane at about 8PM. Suddenly what seemed like millions of bats came flying up the lane, they passed around us, between us, (we were holding hands at the time, as we always did) over us, it went on for about ten minutes. Where they came from, and where they were heading I have no idea. It was quite wonderful.
