yesterday i bought a sony mp3 player, got it home, set it up and waited. it uploaded the instruction guide my computer then started on the " media go" library. it said " downloading the newest version" when it had finished it then said " your computer system is not compatible with this player.!!?
yes it is according to the packaging it came in.
today i returned it for a refund whilst i wait an answer from here or even sony. what went wrong and why?? thanks.
