Another Raise Please...

In India, the Civil Service salaries were being cut as part of the government's austerity programme. A poorly paid Indian government clerk wrote to his superior to complain. "Sir, For the past two years I have been writing to you asking for a raise in my salary. Now, instead of increment, I am getting excrement"!!
