Dope Chambers, High court??

Can someone tell me WTF the decisions of the Olympic selectors/Athletics Association has to do with the court? You don't get footballers going to court because they've been dropped. Is this setting a dangeous precident for sport generally?

Yes, but a footballer could go to court for a judicial review of a decision by the FA.

Chambers wasn't dropped. Therefore your question is meaningless.

Dwain Chambers is a cheat and I hope he loses the challenge. But he does have a right to challenge.

Any governing body or trade association can have their rules challenged, if they appear to bar someone and restrain them earning unjustifiably. Chamber is claiming that the BOA rules are unjustified because they are not the same as other countries rules. Under United States, Australian or French rules, he would be free to participate for his country.

If they allow chambers the opportunity to go to china, it will prove to be another shallow shambolic stand down by the people who promote fair play.!!!!!
Who would celebrate a gold medal winner when he is the fastest cheat in the world.
