The Americans have complained to the Chief Constable. Their letter is below. The Chief Constable has referred it to the Independent Police Complaints Commission. The PCSO will be sacked or reprimanded if the complaint is upheld, because that is not acceptable behaviour.

Rather than this being an example of the police being Islamised, it is an example of the opposite, the PCSO will be removed if his religious beliefs interfere with his ability to do his job.

Yes it's not official police policy but if the police become Islamisized it will creep in slowly. If in the case in question enough officers where of the same mind then it would start to be an "unwritten" rule and eventually an actual rule enforced along the lines of an organised crime protection racket. Can you not see the mindset of these people? They cannot accept that anyone else can possibly have a different view to their own and if they could they would convert or exterminate the infidel

For all the objections to the Daily Mail reporting it now appears they have the backing of the general public on most issues including immigration. Those that are anti Daily Mail are obviously anti-British!

The ice you're standing on is now so wafer thin that I would seriously suggest you skate back to shore.

Ignore that story - it's a non-starter.

The police work very hard at ensuring they aren't infiltrated by extremists. Sure, some will inevitably get through (I'm sure you will remember that excellent/terrifying documentary 'The Secret Policeman' from a couple of years back), but in general, these bad (rotten) apples will be weeded out.

I think the story is relevant. Ok this time there were complaints and it was jumped on. How many go unreported to avoid all the agro? There is ice involved mate the tip of the iceberg!

When answering to the steady islaminsation of our native land, some ABers are so apathetical, that it is frightening.

This is reminisant of the 30s, when many like them refused to believe the all so very real threat from the Nazis.

This time though we should show concern from two fronts.

1/ The threat of the very distruction of our way of life, our culture, our heritage, from an alien culture.

2/ The internal threat of terrorism, from this same alien culture.

I am not suggesting an all out war, but I think we would be very wise to be more aware to what we are allowing to take place without any show of concern, before the matter becomes irreversible.

Melanie Phillips has never written a positive article about anything, I struggle to understand what the hell she's on. It was only a little while ago that she was accusing Rowan Williams of anti-semitism.

I could easily have started a news thread that went as follows.

Melanie Williams, a leading journalist in a position of great power and influence has recently stated that "the churches in Britain are not only silent about the genocidal ravings emanating from Iran but are themselves helping pave the way for a second Holocaust". I say that if she doesn't like our church then she should go back to where she came from along with those muslims who are always trying to run it down. How can we have let this woman into our country!!!!!!!!!!!

Does that sound hysterical enough?

The lesson from history is to not be taken in by such rubbish. The German people were, and let the madmen run the country with disastrous consequences for mankind.

When you use a Daily mail article as the start of your discussion, and then use the comment

There has to be some sense of irony there when of course it was the Daily Mail that was Pro Nazi and supported Hitler for a long timein the build up to the war!!!!!!!
