I totally agree. Jolly decent of the police to get around to arresting somebody, of course - the one too old to run away... remember the song The Bold Gendarmes?

As usual the police only intervene when the victim cannot take any more and retaliates. Then they arrest the victim and not the criminals. What is this country coming to? No wonder I have emigrated!!
