The headline is misleading.

The actual reason is:
"He is charged with failing to provide information and documents the regulator requested during its investigation into the sale of BHS."

So still hope Green will get his comeuppance.

It is beyond apalling. They STOLE people's money and they should be forced to hand over whatever money they have got and then go to prison. A mum on benefits who systematically, planned and abused the benefits system would be in deep do-doos.
