Had it been a white family returning from Nigeria and someone made a jibe about the fear of them bringing over the ebola virus with them, would there be a reason for complaint?

Why are you so obsessive about race and colour?
She was asked that question on the late News last night - I can't quote it verbatim.

Should be simple enough to find.
Perhaps it's something to do with being a Daily Mail reader
I wonder how many black working class people get asked that by there work mates, And I wonder how much attention they would get from there boss, and what kind of pay out?
Race card played well
she complained long ago; just not to you.
Peawalker - if you are going to throw around those types of accusations you could at least spell 'their' correctly - it may give you a bit more kudous!!!
still playing the race card tho
If you say so!
She's right to complain.
Heard on the news this morning that her claim had been dismissed but she never mentioned the Ebola comment in her original complaint.
Which was a completely daft thing to omit imo.
well spotted
now what stops seeing the truth
you
wouldn't have made any difference, alba: they gave their verdict before they'd interviewed all the witnesses, which is a slightly unusual way of pursuing justice..
since both a nurse and a doctor were disciplined ( NMC and GMC) for doing exactly that
I dont think even I would joke about it
( both suspended for a month)

( I also dont do ISIS jokes with the people I speak arabic to) perhaps I should start

dead baby jokes - really only to pensioner men .....
And here I suspect is the underlying reason for all of this:

Firstly there is clearly a clash of personalities "She first made her bullying complaint in May 2016" which failed so what next?

Add to that ix:

Miss Aluko is also a sport and entertainment lawyer, previously juggling her legal career with the game before committing to football full-time two years ago.

I saw this woman on the news last night (I had the sound muted as I do for most of the news as it's mainly not news at all but rubbish). I particularly liked the way she shed a tear or two and gently wiped them away at critical moments. She is supposed to be (so I am told) an international footballer. I hope she doesn't get tackled too fiercely in her next match.
see the bit about the £80,000 settlement. Islay
"Peawalker - if you are going to throw around those types of accusations you could at least spell 'their' correctly - it may give you a bit more kudous!!!"

Did you mean 'kudos', Islay?
// I wonder how many black working class people get asked that by there work mates,//

none I hope - if it were done in my hearing, I would say - "dont say that unless you have written consent"
or perhaps a more polite " you must not say that .... "

and if there were any further issing around follow up with: do you want a job tomorrow because you are behaving as tho the answer is 'no' or 'it doesnt matter'
"Did you mean 'kudos', Islay?"

well spotted, duggy. You couldn't make it up really!!! I neerly split my sydes :-)
