It is not being classed as a terrorist attack.
How did you know the chap was called Heck?
Very good AOG!

I hope his injuries are as little worry to him as he seems to exhibit. Calmly standing up and wandering into the shop, as if getting hit by a bus was just a minor inconvenience, is impressive.
Bloody hell it got up quick enough.

Something similar nearly happened to me this morning, in ASDA's car park. I was minding my own business, walking to the car and a Nissan Leaf very nearly ran over me ...... It was my fault, as I didn't look very carefully, but these ruddy Leafs are 100% silent !
Love the way he carried on into the shop to get his fags n paper.
Mirror online says...Bus crashes into man as he crosses road - then he gets up and WALKS into pub!
Good grief - he's full of luck, bad & good.
He should buy a lottery ticket, unbeleivable!
That bus was never going to make that corner and the bloke was actually on the pavement. As good a case for old compo as I've ever seen but he just carries on as normal.

Bulldog spirit I think it used to be called.
I doubt he is normal after that. That'll be adrenaline and shock he functioned on.
Lucky lucky man

I know , not even a rustle
Gracious me.
I agree that the bus was perhaps going a little too fast, but just before impact it appears to run over what appears to be glass. Maybe blowing a tyre? Surprised that the guy got up and nonchalantly entered the shop. Even more surprised that the driver hasn't been arrested for careless driving!

Wow, how unlucky/lucky can you get?
Because i am bored and have absolutely nothing better to do, i've just had a wander down Gun Street in Reading, courtesy of Google street maps, and he does indeed get up and enter a pub, not a shop. The pub is called the Purple Turtle. Must have been real thirsty:-)
Hi Ken, me too. I've just had a look. If you pop to their site: http://www.purpleturtlebar.com/reading/ you can click "inside" and see the bar layout. It looks like the sort of place that gets a bit sticky on the weekend.
He was probably a bit popped up, that probably saved hi as he will have been more relaxed in his body ad just gone with the flow. Happened to a mate of mine with a taxi in Bruxelles. He got up too.
