And Judy Murray an OBE!!!
Congrats to Billy and Julie.
Who's Judy Murray?
How did that git get to be a sir? Mam met him at the airport in Glasgow once, what a plonker-a hyperactive plonker at that
Not so hyperactive now with Parkinsons, he was thrilled with his new portraits recently too.

My favourite is the Jack Vettriano one, I loved the film of them chatting too.

Well done billy connolly, :-)
I forgot he had parkinsons, in good health though he was a pain, I wonder sometimes why folk get these OBE's and the other ones, especially when they're sick, it's like giving life long achievement awards posthumously to actors (pity awards) and the like
The Honours don't do much for me one way or t'other really.
I don't know who thinks Britain is a laughing stock because it has honours. So do other countries, though Britain's does seem to be the most complicated.
I'd never call him or any of the rest of them sir
I trust he’ll watch his appalling language during the official dubbing. Julie Walters - lovely, talented lady.
top award for JK Rowling, she must be one of the youngest.
I met Billy Connolly at work. A very nice and polite man.
Julie Walters I'm fine with......
Connolly.......not since the crack about Ken Bigley......on stage telling an audience he wished they'd get on with the beheading?......Cheap and disgusting....x
So he made a bad taste joke and that makes him a bad person does it?
Of course not, 237....I'm sure Ken Bigley's family think he's a charming and caring chap who was just as concerned as the rest of us about what Mr Bigley was going through.....a lovely man.
I expect Ken Bigley's family had greater things to worry about..
