Who said they should?

It is what happens, as well you know. Which is why the Police wont go after them.
I think it's a bit more complex than that. Old boys network at work. Wink wink. Strange handshake.

You are popped up.
Pot. Kettle.
i still can't even read anything to do with it without crying. I just don't understand how someone can believe that killing innocent children will result in them going to heaven.
Drugs. And a big chip on your shoulder. Heard an interview with his classmate. He was the butt of everyone's jokes and never reacted. Well, he's reacted now. He was smoking weed from 15 apparently.

No.
I don't think I've ever heard anyone say they should Mamya, hence my initial post.
Thought it only polite to reply, however ludicrous the question.
There isn't really anything more to say, is there?
Just so long as people are aware that there are hatemongers on both sides of this issue, apparently. If I picked out the names of some who have posted on AnswerBank (not that I will) would you say they should not have "human rights protection"?

One common denominator in people who read the gutter press is that they're unable to think beyond vast oversimplification of any situation. The papers pander to their needs by feeding them simple soundbite comments which they find easy to recall and regurgitate in a purile effort to sound like they understand the situation. They're easily seen through as this post demonstrates.
I think terrorists are entitled to their human rights, because they're human. And they're rights, not bonuses to be withdrawn if you do something bad or the powers that be (including news media) disapprove of you. I shouldn't think the North Koreans agree with me on this, but there it is.

Why anyone should suggest that human rights would prevent anyone being tried and sentenced for crimes, big or small, I don't know.

what is this
manchester is full of police blowing open doors
arresting people
Are we confusing human rights with upsetting a few vocal locals?
We can't be having gangs roaming the streets looking for swarthy types to swing from lamp posts but at the same time we can't stand idly by just because a few black-clad sorts are screaming and beating their breasts in protest when the forces of law and order swing into action.
These home grown nutters are just mules: they have inevitably been petty criminals - losers desperate to find a winning hand. The people who school them in extremism will become famous and sit with Prime Ministers and shake the hand of Royalty.....sadly it's the the way of the world..
Don't need to read it. The definition of human rights is that they are rights all humans have regardless. Ergo everyone has human rights.
No evidence that I can see, that any hate mongers have had any human rights protection.
To benefit from human rights legislation you should first act like a human. Not one of these manipulated morons ever considers both sides of what they are doing and the effect their actions have on totally innocent families. Every criminal violates the human rights of their victim in some way so that access should be withdrawn for them.
