Good grief that beggars belief!! Of course he should never practise again - he sounds a complete sadistic unhinged animal!
struck off immediately and should go to jail, i wonder if either will happen, i fear not. He is a menace and shouldn't be practising nor walking the streets.
No, he shouldn't.

He is either unwilling, or unable, to control himself and needs to have as little contact with the general public, especially those in a vulnerable situation, as is possible.
I'm sure there are positions that would make use of his medical qualifications without coming in to direct contact with patients. He shouldn't be prevented from doing that.
//assault occasioning actual bodily harm.//

He should never be allowed to practice again.
^ Amen to that !
// Of course he should never practise again - he sounds a complete sadistic unhinged animal!//

done it twice - GMC unlikely to be clement

as for future career - he seems cut out to be a .... Trauma Surgeon !

(PP takes off surgical mask and heads for door)
Oh come on...he really, really, really needs to be struck off.

He did the very opposite of what is laid down in the Hypocratic Oath!!!
