So the latest is that they will give all the NHS staff a pay rise and more investment into the NHS. BUT, they wont say hw much and say it will be based on a third party looking at it. So no real promise, apart from the killer 'We will raise Corporation tax to fund it'.

Errr, we will need to attract business, not push it away.

Did any labour politician do Maths or basic economics at school?

Fortunately he's a disaster that isn't going to happen!
As Maggie said; “The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.”
No. They never had it!

Don't think they ever had the plot to lose in the first place tbh.
YMB have you seen what like the rates are in France and Germany for example?

Belgium 33.99%
France 33.3%
Italy 31.4%
Germany 29.72%
Luxembourg 29.22%

And what happens when they can't service the debt?

We become the sick man of Europe again or end up like Greece.

Or they leave a note for the incoming Government telling there is nothing left.
did they have a plot to start with, except the one Corbyn is likely to fall in when it comes election time.
Borrowing to invest is fine, we all do that or most of us wouldn't own our homes, and most businesses wouldn't get off the ground: but one is on a sticky wicket if borrowing just to pay daily running costs. That pointed out how does the amount per person we spend on a health service compare with how much other high economy countries spend ? If it is less then maybe we ought to consider paying more into our health budget; if it is more then maybe we need to stop spending money on things others don't. First and foremost it is there to heal the sick. After that things like etc. prevention can be considered.
