BBC mostly, and on here at times.
BBC News website several times of the day, and the Guardian On-line most days.

I don't see twitter is of any use whatsoever in trying to keep up with news and current affairs.
BBC, sky, CNN, Facebook? Daily mail ?news alerts from friends/family.
BBC alerts on my phone, sky news and if I want a laugh the daily wail!!
I check the BBC website several times per day and ditto for our local rag's site. I also view the website of Sheffield's local paper ('cos I used to live there) daily.

As I've got the radio on (rather than the TV) most of the time, I hear the news on Classic FM (and a few other stations) several times per day.

I occasionally take a look at the websites of RT or Al Jazeera to see what news they're covering. (I also watch RT on Freeview sometimes. I've not got Freeview HD, so I can't watch Al Jazeera).
MSN, and from my colleague at work who's constantly on the BBC news website checking financial news.

Usually see the lunch time news if I'm working from home.

Haven't read a newspaper in years.

I check Twitter feed when I first open the ipad at various points during the day - I follow BBC, London Standard and the local news paper for home and birth towns. I also watch BBC news at 10pm on TV and listen to the hourly news on local radio in the morning at 7am and 8am.
I look at the mail online several times a day and often BBC news online. Most breaking stories I see on here first. I also check my 2 usual holiday destinations online papers most days - Antigua Observer to catch up on the crime and Menorca Es diari to see if anything has happened at all.
Euronews
Al Jazeera
France 24
Sky
France24
RT
BBC
CNN
Fox

Twitter is excellent, you get to hear news you wouldn't from the msm.
Only today I heard of a poor chap in Iran who has had his death sentenced confirmed for that *** ing stupid thing called blasphemy.

I would like to widen my news sources a bit. I also check the Independent site sometimes, but might start following another twitter feed, all a bit BBC heavy at the moment!
Twitter, Facebook, The Guardian, The Daily Mail ( to see what spin they are choosing to out on things, I don't subscribe to their political affiliations), CNN, Al Jezeera and anywhere else if something really important is happeneing to try to get the broadest possible view, all to be honest are very partisan but some far worse than others.
My son usually sends me link to Twitter who seem to have all the latest news...
What a funny question.
I tried to find out more about the young lad in Iran, Talbot, partly because Canada took the first steps to introducing a blasphemy law yesterday.
Glad to report that the only news I could find (via google) was his sentence was commuted to 6 years custody. (unless there's another case I can't find)
In the morning I usually check Reddit and use google to check more sources for news I am particularly interested in. I subscribe to r/news, r/russia, r/worldnews. I also spend about an hour every day reading Russian news sites but this is mostly to keep my language practice up (gazeta.ru, nezavismaia, and sometimes BBC Russian in case anyone cares). I also subscribe to daily updates from meduza (mostly in English) and try to read the Economist every week but usually end up putting it off or not getting around to it. There's also some American podcasts and youtube channels I follow (Foreign Policy, David Pakman, some Slate stuff), but they're really a weekend thing.

If there's a breaking news story the first place I'll go is BBC. For in-depth - Economist, Bloomberg, or just sources relevant to the particular topic.

I watch QT (AKA "the clapping broadcast") most weeks, but that's not really for the purpose of becoming informed...
These two could of course be trolls with a weird soh..

I've met Maryam Namazie - I can assure you she's not a troll
You keeping an eye on events in Belarus kromo?
Not closely as I've had a lot on my plate the last few days. I did wonder when the govt relaxed visa restrictions a few months ago if people might try and test them over other things, and it seemed that way last month. I'm curious to see how things turn out.
Yes know that, Krom ... I follow her on Twitter.
