No....just plain dumb.
is this your explanation as to why Peter (The Nutter) Nuttall lost today ?

( there arent enough of them - or else they were all too busy posting on AB to go out and vote ? )
Some would think so.
What are their policies?
Some would think so.

Only idiots would think that.

No it isn't.
put the question the other way round - would racists and xenophobes vote Ukip - and I think the answer is Yes, though of course some might have switched their allegiance recently.

Some ABers believe so, but AB is a broad church. Just because some believe something to be true doesn't make it true.

Some people who vote UKIP are racist xenophobes.

Some people who vote SNP wear traditional Scottish attire - but it doesn't mean that you have to wear a kilt to vote for Nicola Sturgeon, and you don't have to be a bigot to vote UKIP.
jno, so are you implying that no racists and xenophobes vote labour or Conservative? I strongly suspect they do.

Of course it is not racist to vote UKIP, that is put about by the left wing liberal elite in an attempt to discredit them and detract from the real reason they attract votes. UKIP is not a far right party, to use the term coined by the liberal elite it is a Popularist party, that is one that takes the ideas from both ends of the spectrum and therefore appeals to many (Just like Mr Trump). The main parties just dont seem to be able to get a grasp of this though.
ymb, did you notice the bit where I said some of them might have switched allegiance recently?
I did, I didn't get that is what you meant by it. Apologies.

I think that, that is the same way round.
We know you do AOG. Subtlety isn't one of your strong suits is it?

Thanks for that sp, but you do realised that you have deemed 'out of play' some of their usual vitriolic ammunition, that they frequently use against those who happen to hold a different opinion to themselves.
Can't help but notice some posters find it difficult to answer a simple question.

Add on your own little bit by all means but how about answering the question?
No more than tory voters wanting to crush the working man and abolish the health service or labour ones keeping whippets and poaching hares from m'lord's estate I suppose.

Re: your post from 11:12

...err what???
I read it three times sp.
I don't think it is necessarily.
Just increasingly unusual these days :-)
No, the two are not linked automatically.

It is possible to be xenophobic and racist and vote UKIP, or any party, or abstain - but it's not a pre-requisite.
