Indeed! Given that the incident was filmed, I'd hand it over to the Police and let matters take their course.
Imagine the furore had it been a male berating a female?

Had it happened to me and I hadn't filmed it, the driver might have lost a wing mirror 'by accident' as I rode off.

If you go to Jeremy Vine's facebook film of the incident you can clearly see the car's registration number.
I just checked it out on the GOV.UK site

The car isn't taxed ( tax was due 28th June 2016 ), it is MOTed though next MOT due 28th June 2017.

Looking at the video, to some extent it's his own fault. the front view clearly shows he pulled up and stopped just before a gap in the parked cars (on both sides of the road), forcing the woman to stop.

OK so she shouldn't have behaved that way, but had Mr Vine pulled into the gap and slowed down a bit, she could have passed him easily and there would have been no incident to report.

Can't stand Vine and I'm not sure he wasn't in some way attempting provocation. Not that is an excuse for her behavior.
