Pop Up Ads When Using Tablet

I can tolerate the ads either side of the threads but can anything please be done about the annoying one that pops up slightly right of centre, thus half obscuring the first answer on a thread?
I only have this problem when using my tablet, I use 'other means' to prevent this when using my PC.
