The sad thing is the idea is not so far-fetched as it sounds! If it had been Tower Hamlets I would have believed it implicitly.

Along the same lines as giving free wifi to the whole of Leigh Park because it is supposibly a deprived area.

I see more expensive cars and work vans there than where I live which is supposibly a better off area.

Oh well. It is just the name that gets it and not the real need.
