Smokescreens and mirrors..they are still like an insidious cancer that will slowly but surely carry on with their plans to take over in the uk if given the slightest chance...weedling their way into positions of power at all levels and out breeding us...

Over an hour and no takers, Sandy,
I'll call ahead and tell them to cut back on the wine and sandwiches. :-)
if Edinburgh was open I would go for a nose around !!
Some people will be in church...
No, not one anywhere near me but if there was I dont need them to be telling me the version of Islam they would like me to believe.

I would sooner see them all closed down and demolished!
O come on sandy they wont eat you !

well the Oirish ones might but they were always different
god that would be good
free wine for the christians
Will they be doing bacon butties?
3 million Muslims eh Sandy, I would say that there is enough fighting power there to deal with IS without the thought of the worlds service men risking their lives to rid the evil killers / murderers, rapists, scum IS, If the Muslim Religion wants to try and heal the very bad reaction to their "Open Days" they want to start with what's been said, until then the word "Muslim" will anger people.
I've already visited one many years ago. I was asked to attend by the father whose daughter (muslim) was killed in the 7/7 London bombings. I also paid my respects at her funeral.

I have also visited
to continue,

I have also visited

Catholic Church
Protestant Church
Hindu Temple
Sikh Temple
Buddhist Temple
Orthodox Greek Church

They all have 'blood' on their hands from past history. No big deal for me on any of them, I was interested in there architecture rather than their religious appeal.

I suppose about the most peaceful was the Buddhist Temple.
More than 90 mosques across the UK are opening their doors to visitors to allow Muslims to "explain their faith beyond the hostile headlines".

I would much rather they explain the treatment and general disregard of women.
I might go if I have time.

Well said Talbot "I would much rather they explain the treatment and general disregard of women."
I would if there was one near me.
Smokescreens and mirrors..they are still like an insidious cancer that will slowly but surely carry on with their plans to take over in the uk if given the slightest chance...weedling their way into positions of power at all levels and out breeding us...
..should've added, I'm not an anti-faith racist.

No, I will not.

Sundays are for traditional pursuits (B&Q, cinema, car boot sales and barbecues), not religion.
No. I would go to a mosque if it had lovely architecture. The one near me is an old car plot...
I went to my local mosque a few years ago with a group of people. We were treated with politeness and warmth. At the end of the afternoon we were provided with plenty of delicious warm food.

We were all made to feel very welcome.
@agchristie....not all Muslims are terrorists then? Of course they friggin well aren't, I just wish AB would try + embrace that idea sometimes
