I never give any details to Santander or anybody else that calls from any of my banks..I always say goodbye Ill call the fraud dept after this call...
I also never reply to any of the anti fraud texts they send about declined payments....

And then I'll call and see if its legit which so far they all have been...better safe than sorry

Well i can see where theye coming from if the fraudsters arent in the UK...might be near on impossible...but if that is the case why are they having a second look ?
