You asked:

Why Haven't These Cheating Athletes Been Named And Shamed?

Because if they were and any of the athletes were innocent, then whoever published their names would be sued left right and centre.

Can you imagine how many court cases would be launched?

Let's say 10% of 'the accused' were completely innocent. That's 80 court cases.

Would you be brave enough to reveal the names?

I certainly wouldn't.
