I would hazard a guess from you chosen name, your from the london area, I can only speak for the Underground, and this is a possible extension, they closed the Epping Ongar line, but one of the plans their looking at, is reopning it, as far as Blake Hall, then rinning it through Harlow to Stanstead, Blake Hall because they are going to build a large housing development on the airfield.
