ISIS is a proscribed terrorist organisation in the UK.

Seems odd that he can therefore walk the streets unbothered by the police.

The flag may not be illegal, but being a member of ISIS is.

It's not the most memorable flag in the world, is it? Wouldn't be in many Pointless questions? "Flags with black in them", "Flags with white in them". No stripes or anything.

Surely he is inciting trouble, you couldn't walk around with a Nazi flag, pray tell me what is it with this country, he should've been arrested for inciting trouble, his house searched, computer taken away for analysis, family checked out, etc etc. For crying out loud, get a grip!!!

It is of course completely illegal to parade round draped in a flag, unless it can be established to be satirical or a performance. Neither can be applied in this case.
