Common sense these days.

Unless you are a 'right-minded' Jihad supporter of course.
I notice the critics are muslims I could see a box which asks "who are you"
and lists son daughter etc as well as several different religions.
How come Muslims think they are the sole object of the exercise?
I suppose if it is to find out which children are most likely to be radicalised well we already know the answer to that. Ask a father living in Bethnal Green. He can explain why his daughters scooted off to Syria.Trouble is he couldn't lie straight in bed as Vaz later discovered.
plain sense.
The trouble with some people these days is that those who defend common sense are attacked as being racist by those who lack common sense. :-)
Definitely a lack of common sense putting out such a questionnaire to children so young.
Common sense, the extremists like to get them young these days !

Racist Or Just Plain Sense?

You forgot "C" the dumbest idea in the history of mankind.

How is this utterly and totally ludicrous, not to mention highly offensive idea meant to work?

In my experience kids of all nationalities often talk and draw about shooting each other, blowing things up,crashing cars etc.. So is mi5 or whichever agency who thought of this going to start to monitor every child until they grow up or even just the muslim ones? Why not just target pregnant muslim women with death squads to nip the potential problem in the bud? Do they have enough funding and manpower to do this?

Not the death squad thing obviously So what exactly is the purpose of this? What is the agenda? Oh,a show that the're actually doing something to keep the unsuspecting and naive members of the public happy? As I'm not an unsuspecting or naive member of the public I'd quite confidentially say yes.

I was with you for a while, then you went a bit barmy, Bro
‘Highly offensive’ shouldn’t be a consideration. Pussyfooting politically correctly around religious sensibilities accounts for much of the problem we are encountering in this country. The fact is many Muslim children are raised by their parents to believe that Islam is paramount – it supersedes all – and if this is what they are being taught at home, in the current climate we need to know about it. Witness for example one of the girls who recently fled to Syria to marry a jihadist. Her father cried on television begging her to come home – but it transpired that he had attended extremist rallies in England so his loyalties clearly aren’t all his tears professed.

Sadly, children often grow into what we teach them to be.
Out of curiosity did the Pope preach against the IRA?

Are you saying that you were one of my very few supporters on this site and that I've chased you away?

Well I honestly don't know how I'm going to sleep now as it's well known news that I post online just to get support from random unknown strangers on the net.

I can't believe the mass paranoia and unjust fears here. People actually think that this is a good way of tracking future terrorists?

As I've said, who is going to track the potential suspects through their whole lives and where is the funding going to come from? You? Your pockets?
I suspect it's the parents they'll be taking a closer interest in.
Out of the mouths of babies and all that....

Someone probably threatened to chop their heads off if they didn't.
