You appear to have these answers, I live on an Estate, the road I live on is a wide road that runs with Semi's on each side the road, my neighbours to the Left / Right of our home have 2 cars each, my self two, opp there is a person with a drive, at times they park one car in their Drive with their van parked on the pavement, it does not matter how ( at times) I approach my drive I have a struggle to back in due to the van parked on the pavement reducing the road width, so as I look out of my drive, there are 2 cars on the Left + 2 cars on my right & opposite this van, in my opinion there is an obstruction, would I be correct? asking / talking to the person is like talking to the wall. what is the solution? tia
