First of all, why are UKIP launching their manifesto, with only 2-3 days left before the Election ? Did they forget to do so 4 weeks ago ?

Where are UKIP's supporters this morning ?

I was hoping that one of them could explain why UKIP have left it to the last minute before launching their Scottish Manifesto ?

Of course they can write...the problem is UKIP's inability to write, or say anything sensible.

I recall when Farage was late for that Friday night meeting, in South Wales, last year. He was so late that the meeting had finished and the venue was locked up !

But he didn't blame this on the fact that the traffic is very heavy over the Severn Bridge into Wales on a Friday afternoon/evening....no...it was because there were "too many immigrants" in front of him !

I made that journey myself two weeks ago, and it took me nearly 3 hours to drive from the centre of Bristol, to Swansea, a total of just 72 miles. Farage came from Kent and he just didn't leave enough time.

How can anybody take him seriously when he can't even drive somewhere without cocking it up ?

To kind of answer your question, this is just a manifesto about Scotland, presumably compiled because the SNP has been so much in the news. . The main manifesto was launched in Thurrock weeks ago

Don't want to keep banging on about the same thing but, from the main manifesto:
Immigration
• UK to leave the European Union. An Australian-style points based system and a five-year ban on unskilled immigration.

International relations
• Holding of a referendum on ending the UK’s membership of the European Union as soon as possible.

They assume the referendum would be "No" to the EU.
I still haven't heard anyone ask them: "What if it isn't"

Except that they won't be able to fund a substantial of their manifesto promises, as they styled themselves the "party with the money", a lot of that being the money saved from EU membership.

And their immigration policy will fail
