still on my 0 carbs, wine is permitted, not ale, as long as it is something like a Sauv Blanc or Rioja that has no sugar in it.... (thank God that's not off the list)

Just watched the last part of the game.It seems to me that clown Anthony Taylor sent off two players without cause. there wasn't much wrong with the WBA players tackle given the Villa player had gone to ground in advance and the lad Grealish hasn't dived either.It seems to me that most of these premier league referee's should never have progressed from Sunday league football.
