Awful thing to do, thank goodness he now has a loving caring owner and home.
poor little ming-mong - but I understand that he's been rehomed

My fathers dog used to take his girlfriend blind Penny for walks.
He used to bark outside her house until she was let out and then used to take her up the road using the kerbstone on one side and himself ( his shoulder ) on the other...[ we used to live in a village ]
What's the problem? Abandoned blind puppy found safe and well and will be found a new home (if not already)

It's not as if its owner tied it up in a sack and threw it in a river is it?
LOL...LOL........no it's not Joe.

There is nothing in the link that would upset the sofest of the softest.
