The Government should put something on the deeds to the effect that the house must not be used for political purposes, then it should be sold on the open market. If Nazis move in, it will be a breach of the sale agreement and the house can be taken back by the State.

Fred Wests House was the scene of several murders, which I suspect is why it was not viable as a home. It was demolished because no one wanted it as their home.
Hitlers house in Austria was before his war criminal future. If someone wants to buy it to live or work there, I do not see a problem.
