MPs should not be allowed to wear such clothing, what next will they be allowed by the speaker to bring banners into the house, just as long as they agree with the speakers views?
You think she'd sit up straight wouldn't you?
TTT - "MPs should not be allowed to wear such clothing, what next will they be allowed by the speaker to bring banners into the house, just as long as they agree with the speakers views?"

I'm unsure of the relevence of this post - your reference was to Page 3 - not to the fact of whether or not MP's agree with the Speaker, which is an entirely different debate.
I must admit I have some sympathy with Cameron on this.

He does not act like feminist so he avoided the trap being set for him, and he declined to wear the t-shirt.

It is stuff Like this which makes the Labour Party look a mess. There are plenty of things for Labour to have a go at the Conservatives for, but failure to wear a t-shirt should not be taking up their time. They are unfocused, not addressing the real concerns of their core voters and are badly led.

They will probably win the General Election by default, but the sparcity of talent there does not bode well.
Confused- is this post about Pg 3's or sloganed tshirts worn in parliament?

scroll down a bit Andy it's just part of the whole "wimmin" thing!
'Confused- is this post about Pg 3's or sloganed tshirts worn in parliament?'

Who cares?
Well 3T does apparently shoota? And I might too, if I knew what it was about :-)
Good post Gromit.

Perhaps you should have posted on the Page 3 T-Shirt 15 months ago when Lucas wore it.
Harman's feminist T-Shirt today had nowt to do with page 3, but was a childish taunt aimed at Cameron.
Scrabbling around for 'question' material IMO....

/// Confused- is this post about Pg 3's or sloganed tshirts worn in parliament? ///

All part of the same question.

*** Last year Green MP Caroline Lucas was told to cover up a t-shirt with an anti-Page Three message on it. ***

*** It is not known whether the Speaker had noticed Ms Harman's choice of attire. ***
Oh 'eck, who peed in your cornflakes this morning shoota?
Nobody pee'd in 'em Boo, but the pup nicked half of them...... :-)
ok, to answer the question (cheers AOG- got it now, i think)

Personally I see nothing wrong with pg3, but I disagree with the Tshirts in parliament wearing. For one it comes across as looking like a slightly childish way of trying to get a point across and secondly, looks ruddy scruffy!
shoota

/// Scrabbling around for 'question' material IMO.... ///

Not so, this is a legitimate news story reported by the BBC, and entered in good faith by a fellow ABer.
In your opinion.

In mine it's scrabbling around for etc......
I shall also answer - Page 3 is fine for those who want it.

Slogan T Shirts in that environment look wrong, if there is a dress code there then it should be adhered to.
// Are they sugessting that we omit it altogether and go straight to page 4? //

Yes - easy - if you are the second to read it, after AOG or someone else full blooded brit etc, then Page 2 will be stuck to Page 3 and it would be easy to go straight to page 4
If I understand PP correctly it is a very arcane way of name calling, but I might be wrong.
