Yes I have just seen it, she was only on BBC Breakfast ten days ago saying how much she hoped she would see Christmas with her family. How sad and how much of a shock she passed away so soon.

Just heard this on the Today Program. Very sad news...what a very brave lady. I remember when she took over from Carol Drinkwater in All Creatures Great and Small...lovely lady !
