I don’t know what he’s been missing out on. What do you think he’s been missing out on? He’s right to say all terrorists are not Muslims – that’s obvious. Although others interpret the text differently, Muslim extremists haven’t misunderstood their great book – it can be said to justify their actions – but why you think David Cameron’s personal background has to do with any of this is a mystery.
The version of Islam preached by fanatics such as Islamic state is a very extreme version. Most Islamic scholars including leading Imans worldwide condemn it as an incorrect interpretation of the faith.
I always think of Islam today as being like Christianity was 500 years or so ago when a few fanatics wanted to burn alive anyone who did not share their exact version of the faith or dared to suggest God was not all powerful.

To be a religion of peace may be the stated intent, but like so many religions, the desire to push the one true path ensures it falls short in practice. And the nature or religions is such that even if this can be suppressed within the ranks, it proves a good excuse upon which to claim cause to use violence for power by those with such an agenda.
I don't know what percentage of Muslims are terrorists, but the polls listed here suggest there's a considerable amount of support for their actions.

My reasoning is this. People born into this back ground I am afraid to say are generally seeking these powerful jobs through Ego. Having a first class degree doesn’t give you the mental tools to run a country. I personally think they are all cowardly and vile. 11% pay rise for all of them while cutting back on the disabled and not paying ransoms for people who ARE actually trying to help people.
The idea that Islam is a religion of peace is a myth. The IS version of Islam is not extreme. It is actually what is described in the the book.
Like its sister Abrahamic faiths, Islam proposes a peace through universal conformity to doctrine. This is never more clearly stated than in their commitment to Armageddon where all who fail to conform are destroyed bring what is proposed as a lasting peace to the world.
The Abrahamic faiths are plain simple fascism taken right into the home and administered to one's personal values.
The world will not know peace while these religions persist.

As for funding terrorism and funding more kidnappings its complete rubbish. We give away millions in weapons when it will quite likely fall into the wrong hands and yet we let our own innocent people get publically beheaded. It makes no sense. I am not saying there are ulterior motives to let these beheadings happen but they can not argue it is to stop funding terrorism and to prevent it happening in the future. We are funding terrorism and it still IS happening. Makes me sick how these pigs at the trough treat us
Yes I do for now. Why let the innocent die while the rich sit at home watching it all unveil on the television. The innocent are paying the price of people who should have the intelligence and authrity to make sure these situations never happened.
