Thought Sqad may be interested !...Just to keep the pot boiling !

Not much change to the LibDems or the ghastly UKIP, so this large lead seems to have all come from the Tories.

I think it is a question of trust Mikey. To be told that we are all in it together, see families and disabled people made destitute by their Dickensian austerity measures and then have some upper class twits claiming expenses for dredging their moat and fixing a leak under their tennis courts does smack of lying, immoral gits with double standards, not to...

LOL....thank God for that!
Hip Hip Hurray, and hopefully the trend will continue.

Good morning Sqad...I knew you would be up nice and early !

I am not entirely sure what has caused this sudden surge in Labour support. They haven't done anything especially marvelous this week, nor, to be honest, has dave done anything particularly stupid ? UKIP seem to be stuck on about 13% and even the "don't knows" haven't changed from the normal average of 14%.

Still 360-odd days to go, so lots to play for !
mikey's in seven heaven this morning.
Perhaps their allegedly 'vacuous' and ' childish' broadcast did the trick then. Certainly hope so;-)
childish ad campaign, which fed into myth of tory toffs, eton boys and all that stuff, calmly forgetting that many labour bods went to very good schools, come from well to do families, the party has wealthy donors, they don't have a shred of old labour about them, not exactly working class warriors.
still its a way to go yet.
^why not? their voters are pretty vacuous after all.
what are their pledges, promises, what are they going to do for you, please tell me that.
vacuous, coming from a person who thinks that women aren't up to jobs in the police or armed forces.
I didn't say that, emmie. lol. take your time.
you seem old school to me, and quite honestly i don't care for aspersions on one's voting abilities - i am not vacuous, i can add 2 and 2, and get on with things, sometimes though with difficulty.
Labour may well carry the day, however i hope they don't, they are a spend it all party, with nary a thought to save some for a rainy day, as to Millband, weak, changes his tune to suit the times, perhaps others do as well, i can't see him as a good leader of the party or the country
you did say it -

quote
Svejk
time after time one can see ineffectual WPCs rooted to the sidelines of the fracas, only to jump in and 'claim' the arrest after the miscreants have been subdued by their male colleagues. This option wont work in a combat situation.

This weeks broadcast doesn't seem to have done Labour any harm at all, whatever anybody on here says. I can't think of any factor that can easily account for the difference between today's Poll for the Sunday Times and the same one last Sunday.

The point here is that dave just can't seem to make any headway at all. The Tories have been behind Labour for most of the term of this Parliament.
If they are going to win the 2015 election, or even have enough seats to foist another coalition on us, then they had better start making some headway pretty soon. If they perform badly in the Euro election, as is widely predicted, then this Labour lead will open up even more.

Perhaps dave is hoping for a Mo Farah last-minute surge ?
