Why should censorship in a foreign country concern, or affect, us?
Question Author
It's a light hearted, tongue in the cheek remark Sandy.
Yes Sandy, as Chamberlain might have put it, Pakistan is a country far away.
What should upset us is that the British have a ruling that hate crimes depend upon whether or not a person believes they have been a victim of a hate crime. At present this ruling is exercised with a modicum of common sense but "the law is the law". British police trawl the internet to see if another old git is overstepping the mark.

What should also upset us is that countries far away have a nasty habit of creating havoc at home, especially when the electorate can't be bothered to work out what is going on, like in the 1930s.
Just wait till it happens here. More bombs on streets for posting so called insults on a website.

They are the most intolerant people, dictating and overseeing foreign websites to protect their 'innocent masses' this way. If they wish to keep them faithful why don't they forbid them from living in the west.
A pity they don't haul in the gangs of paedophiles grooming 14/15 year old girls and punish them for being disgusting individuals, a disgrace to Islam etc..
