Apparently the Government are satisfied that the assurances from Jordan are acceptable and that he can be sent back there for a retrial. He is most likely to be deported while his lawyers can still challenge that decision.

why do you want to send Peter Andre to Jordan ? Poor lad has had enough bad luck in his life ,he went to my old school and married Jordan ,give the lad a break.
Abu Qatada better put him on the returning shuttle and send him of to outer space! (Hopefully a black hole )
