At least you can see what the painting is of. Other 'art' work which is abstract in nature that looks ike it could have been done by a four year-old can fetch similar millions. Maybe I'm just a grumpy old philistine........

just to let you know.....the boy didn't have appendicitis in the end, but a severe bowel infection and something wrong with the lymph nodes. he has just been discharged from hospital after quite a few...
