Kensington and Chelsea

I understand the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is the most affluent constituency in the country. It is being split at the next election. Does anyone know what the wealthiest constituency will be then?

I am confused.
Having consulted a friend who lives in Chelsea, and looked on the councils's website,I can find no reference to the borough seperating.
Where did you see it?

I'd imagine that it's the most affluent in terms of wealth or income per head, rather than a gross figure.

So splitting it won't promote another constituency ahead of them both. The most affluent will be Kensington or Chelsea.

Or am I talking rubbish? Maths was never my strong suit.
