Apart from their ghastly hair styles, do they have enough in common to form a successful working partnership and keep the special relationship That's said to exist between our two countries in fine fettle ?
Blair and Bush seemed to hit it off, as did Thatcher and Reagan.
This question assumes, of course, that they'll both win the glittering prizes that now must seem so close.

Let's hope that, if worst happens and they're both elected, that they can work out their aggression on the golf course or rugby pitch and let the young live to an old age, not be returned to family in a flag-draped box.
Cameron was, thank goodness, thwarted in his attempts to drag us further into foreign (civil) wars.
And Mrs Clinton is far more bellicose than Trump.
While we can't know what will happen in the future, I'd say we'll have more chance of a peaceful future with those two at the helm than many other combinations.
I'd rather have a Bojo / Clinton combo.

I think Trump could be a dangerous man given that amount of power.
I think that Boris has more chance of entering No. 10, than Trump has of getting into the White House.
A match made in heaven ( or hell ). :-)
Trump is saying that if he is the U.S President, he will put Britain at the front for future trade deals with America.
I'm pretty sure he'll say anything to get his foot in the door at the White House.

There can't be as many Republican votes here in the UK as would make a difference.
I quite like Boris :-)

Trump also said
"I will build a great wall — and nobody builds walls better than me, believe me —and I’ll build them very inexpensively. I will build a great, great wall on our southern border, and I will make Mexico pay for that wall. Mark my words."
He also congratulated Scotland on voting out of the EU.
I saw a video of Trump recently saying Belgium was a nice city !!!!!!!

I'm reminded of the Tower of Babel. Thats another grandiose building didn't work out as planned.
Scotland aren't out of the EU ?
^^^^OMG
Oh ***....this was a clean duvet yesterday....!!!
Don't poo poo trumph's chances of the oval office . A year ago if you had put forward his name as the Republican candidate you would quite rightly had been laughed at
What special relationship is that
Question Author
I think UK politicians, and their spin doctors, make more of it than the Americans do.
Ummm...lol at 09:13 !
