No I'm blinking not -for a start some bread will not fit in it and then other times you wait what seems like half an hour for the toast to get brown and other times you turn your back for a second and the toast is nearly on fire. I think they are actually an alien life form sent down to aggravate humans to death.

Browned off with it, just not good enough!
Yes and it's very beautiful to look at too
Not really, I find it can't quite get the high notes.
actually, he's forgetting peoples' names, but he is getting on a bit.
My manservant has reported that the maid got her muffins stuck in it last week & that we may need a new ...

... maid.
Toasters need heat proof monitors to watch each square inch of the bread, both sides and adjust areas of the heater to ensure an even browning, which stops the moment the set brown level is reached. Alterable on a per slot basis of course, and presets storable under the names of each of the family. I think that is still decades into the future :-)
Funny you should ask that, Bob. My toaster is currently refusing to stay down.

I have to pull the lever down and shove a timber wedge in there to hold it. Then I forget about it ....... and .................
..."shove a timber wedge in" - tut - cowboy builders! ;-)
Never use a toaster, don't brown the bread the way I like it, I use the toaster in my oven.
:o))))
Crumbs,,,,ours is great.
It never loafs.
Had to earn a crust to buy it.
Cost lots of dough.
I'd drink a toast to it.
No it's about to be fired.
No.
So all those unhappy why don't you just get married or renew your vows?
I bought it because it looked nice but as I don't eat toast, it's still in its box. The shop DEFINITELY saw me a mile off !!
Mine's absolutely fine. Cost me a fiver at tesco's. But my friends paid £70 odd at a smart department store, and their toast is rubbish.
No I'm not, bob. But I would be if only it matched my Orange bucket.
Yes, absolutely

This isn't an important question, I suspect it's a Burning Question!
