Real brain teaser

Can anyone offer a suggestion for artist or title from these few clues pleaseee? I think the singer is male, middle eastern ie Turkish or similar, very catchy music that you want to belly dance to, the bit that catches my mind is something about a kiss and it's from about 4/5 years ago if not before. Not much to go on I'm afraid but I'm open to suggestions cos not remembering what or who it is driving me potty. Fingers crossed:)

The Tune is by Tarkan (pronounced Tarquan) and for the life of me I can't remember what it is called. Damn!!!

The song you're after, as a couple of other people have mentioned, is by Turkish popstar Tarkan.

Many thanks to Mortartube & Roo_Power - gold stars all round:) You were spot on Roo - it was Simarik that has been plaguing what's left of my mind but my thanks to Mortar for the You Tube links too as I've discovered more tunes that are catching my attention. Great stuff & thank you again.
