Does anyone know.........

This isn't much to go on but the artists name is Ian something or other (I think) and the video was him riding a bicycle through Berwick Street market in London (near Soho), backwards. It was a lovely song and I can recall he sang the spelling of a word in the song which I think might have been the title of it. Yeh, well I said I didnt have much to go on, I bet someone will get it though!

Thats the one! Thanks very much, it was driving me round the bend trying to remember either the title of the song, or the name of the artist, before I thought of asking on good old Answerbank! Cheers!
